What do they do, give out free rubbers?If they do, it's not helping much. Last I knew, Tompkins County's STD rates were still very high. Tompkins County, BTW, is where the City of Evil (aka Ithaca) is located.

I go to Cornell. Yes, free rubbers are included in the insane tuition bill.
