The 2 in "Qana 2" doesn't look like it belongs there, maybe this is an old image and they added the 2?

There was another Qana incident in 1996, that is where the 2 comes from. Actually this makes a setup more likely because the Hezzies can say the Israelis never change and the notorious location would be a good place to set up an incident.
