Indeed, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem himself made overtures to the Nazi party because he and his followers shared a pathological hatred of the Jews. The Mufti oversaw recruiting and training of Bosnian Muslims to fight alongside the Nazis. There was a plan to eliminate all Jews that emigrated to the Middle East that escaped the Holocaust. So a lot of this anti semitism you see in the middle east has little to do with the palestinian land conflicts, but just plain anti semitic hatred like the nazis.
