One of the most virulent anti-Castro radio station's in Miami is WRMI. YOU CAN LISTEN LIVE ONLINE in Spanish.
For those who speak Spanish and want to translate and get the latest, please listen and give us the reports. Unfortunately, my Spanish is really far to rusty to understand. I guess I should be working on it since it will soon be the official language in California.

I can see the big shot Cubans in Miami licking their chops now. The Cuban American economic rape and pillage squad in South Florida is waiting to invade Cuba.

There may be a mass exodus from Miami.

I am not all that sure of what rights the Cuban Exiles will have in a democratic Cuba. I would think that when Cuba does go Democratic that only Cuban citizens will be able to participate. The Exiles, for the most part are U.S. citizens.

DId any of them "willingly" give up their Cuban citizenship? Nope. So please, give me a break. Ever read the Declaration of Human Rights?

There may be a mass exodus from Miami. Don't count on it. The Cubans own Miami. It's already a province of Cuba itself.

May your homeland once again be free. I would love to some day be able to see a major league game in Havana.

What are the Cuban laws regarding citizenship?

Huh?

I would bet that a great number would welcome the chance to go back home and better their country.

The Cuban government considers that you can not give up your Citizenship, and the first born of Cuban citizens, no matter where born, are automatically Cuban Citizens.

What percentage of Cubans do you think will want to return?

Cuba is an incredibly beautiful place. It is a vacationer's dream. If Castro were gone and investment came to the island, it would be fantastic for all concerned.
As for the Cubans in Miami, I doubt very sincerely they would run to a third world country with little of the goods and services they are used to in the US.

So, most of the Cubans born in the U.S. would not be granted Cuban citizenship?
To: trumandogz
No, they are ALL automatically Cuban Citizens by basis of their parents' Cuban citizenship.

So is anybody actually listening to the feeds? I speak no Spanish at all so it wouldn't do me any good to listen.

I would hope that the Exiles will be able to return and participate in a democratic process. Moreover, I would imagine that the vast majority of Cubans currently living in Cuba want Democracy and the Castros' out of power.

Right now Condi is giving a press conference and it doesn't sound like Spanish.
