Weasly: Hi, I'm Weasly Clark. Let's talk.
Nasrullah: What do you want to talk about.
Weasly: We need you to lay down your arms and abide by UN Resolution 1559.
Nasrullah: Go to (you know the rest)
Weasly: Now don't get excited. We need to engage.
Nasrullah: I'm married. Forget it, although you are kinda cute for an old guy.
Weasly: Back to 1559. What is your position. Maybe we can work something out.
Nasrullah: Israel must be totally wiped off the face of the Earth. That is my starting and final position. Let's make a deal.
Weasly: What kind of deal?
Nasrullah: You give me Israel's head on a platter and you can name your price.
Weasly: Hmmmm.
Nasrullah: Well?
Weasly: Maybe Bush was right. You guys aren't worth talking to.
Nasrullah: LOL. You're right about that.

This will be a big night, unless Hezbollah has pushed so far into Lebanon that the encounters will be few and far between.
You're welcome. Living in Arizona we all know what to do when the A/C breaks down ;o)

Remarkable comparison in those pictures.

Just heard CNN indicate that something "BIG" may be about to happen from the Israeli side. It's like the press rules won't let them say something they've observed on the ground. Even Wolf said something is coming.

I tend to agree, but there are also snippets floating around from both generals and politicians that raise the possibility of very limited incursions to establish a broad but shallow 1 to 2 km buffer zone, so we'll just have to see what happens.
I've seen IDF generals saying that disarming Hezbollah will have to wait for another series of battles.
Then there is the notion that IDF will wait for IAF to return to play, which happens Wednesday night at 7pm EDT per schedule.
We ought to know a lot more, one way or another, by 4 to 5 am here.
PLACEMARK
It wouldn't surprise me. I watched Tony Snow during his WH press briefing and although he might be merely tired, he seemed worried about something. I watch him frequently and he's very good at maintaining eye contact and he didn't do that today.
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'm in and out of the house today. See post 713
