A second instance of information given him about the poor security at Logan was also mishandled by the Putz - the informant said his superior wasn't moving the information onward, and begged Kerry to bring it to a higher-up's attention...

Instead, Kerry contacted the inadequate supervisor with the complaint. Issue dropped.
