Judge Whittemore made sure that Terri never got another droplet of water or any Ensure from the day her feeding tube was removed until the day she died.

Judge Whittemore, HOWEVER, is looking out for Bucanneer football fans. He ruled that pat-downs under Homeland Security guidelines were unconstitutional.
