I agree. When they pull 5 of her teeth with no anesthetic just for fun though, I might disagree. Poor Terri.
We discovered when our son was staying in a facility for awhile they would use student dentists to work on his teeth without giving us any warning, asking or anything. No novacaine, no painkillers whatsoever.
Few kids in that facility ever had their families visit, so who would know? When we discovered it, they said it would be dangerous to give him painkillers, no explanation of the need in the first place, just practice. Shucks, who would complain? Only us. We did so noisily.
