The shadow follows Lieberman...

"I don't think we want Washington, D.C. to be a club for career politicians," Lamont said during a recent interview with editors at Hometown Publications.

Lamont, 52, said three key issues inspired him to challenge Lieberman in the Aug. 8 Democratic primary: the Terri Schiavo case, Alaska's "Bridge to Nowhere," and the government's failure to change its stance on the war in Iraq.

Democrat Edward M. "Ned" Lamont may have been a relatively unknown, small-town politician a year ago. But many in the state now know him as David taking on Goliath.

Crist's tv ad says he "goes after the worst of the worst."

Sure you do, Charlie. You pick on disabled people, Charlie. You let Terri die for the death lobby who aren't exactly the best of the best.
