Yes I could, if I had the time. The housing boom in the last 3 years was more than impressive. They are not all steel framed homes, I can assure you.

No, they certainly aren't. However, mkts act NOT on what is happening or what HAS happened, but rather on what the mkt participants **believe** -- whether for sound or unsound reasons -- will happen in the future.
