"Once, many, many, many years ago, I got drunk and, for some reason, decided that the people who lived in a house I was walking by were communists. I yelled for them to come out of their house, and continually beat their bushes in frustration, as a friend looked on in a combination of revulsion and amazement. "

Alcohol’s a truth serum, blocks inhibitions. We say stupid things, but rarely things we don’t believe on some level. Regarding your drunk, you have issues with communists, but not your neighbors. Mel has issues with Jew, but not the cops.

You’ll rarely find more evidence for something someone wants to hide than that.

Unless they happen to be a Jew Cop.

Seriously though, a lot of people get hit and killed on the PCH by drunk drivers. Remember Ben Vereen? I know of one guy on a bike who was killed on PCH last year, so I don't let Mel off as lightly as some people might.

My point is that drunks say all kinds of stupid crap and don't mean a word of it.

I did. Often.
