White people are not offended by terms such as "Cracker" (i.e. The Atlanta Crackers), "Gringo", "Honkey", "Redneck" ("If your house has wheels but your truck doesn't, you might be a..."), or "Hillbilly" ("Come and listen to a story 'bout a man named Jed")!

Why should black folks be offended by literature characters like "Tar Baby" or "Sambo"? Or a description of their ancestors military/hunting technique like "Spear Chucker"? Or the French word for Black...Negro ("The United Negro College Fund")?

Don't forget what the initials NAACP stand for!

Actually, I am offended by those terms if they are used in a deragotory, insulting way. Don't go stereotyping white people and implying we all feel the same way and aren't insulted by these terms.
