Sinoire is in bed with Hezbollah...there is no other answer for it. He could have ordered the Lebanese Army to break up Hezzbolah's supply lines.
Basically, the IDF is fighting five armies, Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, Lebanese and the UN Peacekeepers.
