Yeah, Qatar, whose rep said something about they weren't so much against the resolution and then something about 3 weeks. Which would put it around August 22nd. Does anyone have anymore info on what Qatar's exact statement was?

Sage, the "unanimouse w/ one abstention" was the Israeli cabinet vote. I'm pretty such Qatar doesn't get a vote in the Israeli cabinet. ;o)
