Do you have even a glimmer of an idea as to what Gibson actually said? Your posts would imply that you don't.
As opposed to what he actually did? Speech crime or DUI? Being a jerk, or being a danger?
What he said is of little importance in context with his actions. Gibson was a danger to the community as a whole for DUI, not just Jews, he took no actions specifically targeting Jews aside from rhetoric. He apologized. He has no history of violence toward Jews.
I'd prefer to save antisemitic for those who intend to or have physically harmed a Jew, and be proactive against them. Throwing in drunken loudmouths dilutes the seriousness of the accusation, and weakens the evidence.
It is unwise to consider hurt feelings as important as violent intent.
