After a family member of mine was almost killed by a drunk driver years ago I now think everyone of them should get a mandatory 5 year sentence ... and for someone who has enough money to "own Malibu" not to hire a driver when he decides to be criminally irresponsible - disgusting. Then he goes on to insult women and Jews!

Why not harshly punish those who actually cause the accidents. You know being very tired can impair driving far more than alcohol...Should we police that also ? I say let the punishments begin when someone actually gets hurt.
