The Moore case comes only five months after the StGuillen case. That case was front page news for a full week. And one would expect its lessons to be fresh in mind. But apparently not with Miss Moore who wandered the mean streets drunk and was abducted, raped and murdered by a slime ball who should have been dealt with long ago. What can anyone say about such a situation? Someone less kind than myself might say, "Darwin at work."
These kids come in from the suburbs and have no clue where they are or who they are with. They still think they're back in the 'burbs and act accordingly.
