I still say if 18 year olds can fight and die for this country they should be allowed to drink. That's sort of a pat saying. But when you get down to it, do we enforce the same dicipline and supervision when they have a drink in their hand as we do when it's a gun?
I'm not begrudging them anything, just pointing out the difference. Sometimes life is not fair for a reason.

What you still say is irrelevant. The law is the law in NY state.
If kids choose to break the law with fake ID, or the clubs choose to ignore the law, then either the law must be changed or the guilty must be prosecuted.
