"Once again the solution is the dismantling of the UN, failing that the US should stop supporting it and stop being a member and kick the corrupt org out of the country."
That's hardly a solution to the problems being discussed. If that were to happen, it wouldn't mean that the things that the UN is criticised for not doing would suddenly get done. The UN was very much designed to be ineffective. However, succesive US governments clearly judge that remaining a member is on balance advantageous.

Solutions Do not exist for everything. And railing against others for not providing the nonexistent is futile.

It is the only solution. Those of us who fail to see this are doomed to keep making the same mistakes over and over. Failure is the UN watchword, and will continue to be. You can't have a world wide committee trying to run the world, it doesn't work. Each country needs to run itself as a soveriegn nation and stop the insanity of paying a bunch of corrupt officials pretending to help the world when their real aim is to milk it.
The US out of the UN, the UN out of the US.
