Acrylic - ick. lol I have some from my mother that I've been weaving up to give to my nieces for floor blankets. :-)

I use acrylic a lot for afghans, cause they can be tossed into the laundry easily. About the only thing I use it for, any more. Plus, as big as afghans get, good yarn gets rather pricy!
And it may be a baby blanket for charity yet. Counts how bored I get.
