I have no seen reports of what actual conditions are there.. I'd imagine basic services are off line.

Hey, I said IF they were smart. I'm not counting on it. But if I were Nasarallah i'd have everyone stand down melt into the southern lebanon back ground and play this game another day. There will be plenty of time for revenge later, this has been going on since 48' after all.
