Last I looked, you still have to pay what appears to be due at that time by April 15, however. However, you do not have to file the return until August 15th.

Simcox implies that his group has been meeting its deadlines when they haven't. He doesn't mention the extensions. Given that his credibility is in question, was that a smart tack to take?
