It may warp termperment, but not I think, instinctual beliefs and sensibilities. The guy is a Jew hater who has disciplined himself to contain that, when sober, usually. That is my guess.

True, I believe that in wine there is truth, but that doesn't apply to alcoholics, their drunken, ravings just don't give any useful insight into their being.
