Very true. Just like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton playing the race card, it means absolutely nothing at this point.

The overuse of these phrases have drained them of meaning.

In the ancient times, when I was a kid, 'Racist' meant something. It was used to describe someone like Wallace who believed in Segregation. Now it means anyone that the speaker disagrees with.

Same with Fascist. Anyone to the right of Michael Moore is a "fascist'.
