TMZ is a gossip website (along the lines of the National Enquirer), and its "reporting" is suspicious, to say the least.
If the TMZ is like other scandal rags the " news " they report is actually paid for gossip. It is about as reliable as the DNC pravda sites for accurate news.
The TMZ report has been confirmed by the police who say that it is accurate.
