- All the local government has to do is file one local code restriction after another and tie it all up in the courts until Bush has come and gone on his annual holiday. By this time next year everybody will have forgotten the nonsense. After Bush leaves office, the locals can then pick up the land for 50% of what she paid for it and turn int into a President Bush Welcome Center for visitors and tourists.
