If the door is closed, the cellphone is supposed to be OFF!

I'm not sure that's true anymore.I've read that airlines are more lenient regarding cell phones,etc before takeoff and after landing.

If airlines allow the use of cell phones, I hope they are prepared to put psychologists on board. Can you imagine being in the middle seat between two people like my own daughters, chatting away about their boyfriends, the latest episode of desperate housewives, their ailments et cetera. It would certainly drive me to something more than drinking.
