From YNet:

Israel: We will not demand Hizbullah disarmament

A senior Foreign Ministry official said Israel will not demand the immediate disarmament of Hizbullah in
the framework of a ceasefire agreement. He added that Israel will demand the distancing of Hizbullah
from the border and end to the transfer of arms from Syria and Iran to the organization. (AP)

Lebanon couldn't make that stick, the UN couldn't make that stick, France or Russia sure isn't going to make that stick, it is simple, either Israel makes Hezbollah stop, or else Hezbollah will continue.

This will be widely viewed as a sign of weakness on the part of the Israelis. That will be the view of Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and the Free Republic. And it will be a correct view.
