What do you mean he's done? You obviously don't know or understand Hollywood that well. His stock will just go up! Hollywood REWARDS those who do this type of crap. What I don't like is, if true, that he went on an anti Semitic tirade let alone berating the cops. Besides, Mel doesnt' need hollywood to make movies. He proved that with Passion of the Christ. Too bad Marlon Brando isn't still alive. Both him and mel would have been great together on Larry King blaming everything on the Jews! (that's sarcasm for some of your humorless conservatives on here).

It seems as though ALL those Hollyweird types these days are a collection of weirdo creeps.
If this is true, he's screwed himself and all his films.
What a jer@#@#&*$@!!

"... If true, he's done." Nah. Look at what celebrities get away with. They can rape children, kill their spouses, shoot dope in public, embezzel donations from the phony TV churches, and any other depraved thing that stars can do.
Mel Gibson must have blown a 2.0 on the Breathalyzer to be acting the fool like that and saying what he's alleged to. He's got a serious-ass drinking problem and I hope he gets the help he needs.

Why would Gibson be 'done'. Most of hollyweird feels exactly the same way. Hell, most of the world feels exactly the same way.
He's saying what Buchanan, Matthews, and assorted other talking heads are thinking.

I'm not surprised. Mel was always a bit odd. But it won't be widely reported. He'll survive to keep going to doing it more.

If true, pigs fly. This is a smear.

From today's LA SLIMES which just reinforces what I said about him not being "done" as long as his movies make money "Disney officials on Saturday referred calls to Gibson's publicist, who would not comment. But Paul Dergarabedian, president of box office tracking firm Exhibitor Relations Inc., said success at the box office often compensates for personal missteps. "In Hollywood the main currency is currency. It's about box office," he said. "If someone says something offensive but the movie makes a lot of money, it seems all is forgiven. We've seen people recover from just about everything in Hollywood." http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-gibson30jul30,0,5513280,print.story?coll=la-home-headlines
