TMZ has learned that Mel Gibson went on a rampage when he was arrested Friday on suspicion of drunk driving, hurling religious epithets. TMZ has also learned that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department had the initial report doctored to keep the real story under wraps.
TMZ has four pages of the original report prepared by the arresting officer in the case, L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy James Mee. According to the report, Gibson became agitated after he was stopped on Pacific Coast Highway and told he was to be detained for drunk driving Friday morning in Malibu. The actor began swearing uncontrollably. Gibson repeatedly said, "My life is f****d." Law enforcement sources say the deputy, worried that Gibson might become violent, told the actor that he was supposed to cuff him but would not, as long as Gibson cooperated. As the two stood next to the hood of the patrol car, the deputy asked Gibson to get inside. Deputy Mee then walked over to the passenger door and opened it. The report says Gibson then said, "I'm not going to get in your car," and bolted to his car. The deputy quickly subdued Gibson, cuffed him and put him inside the patrol car.
Once inside the car, a source directly connected with the case says Gibson began banging himself against the seat. The report says Gibson told the deputy, "You mother f****r. I'm going to f*** you." The report also says "Gibson almost continually [sic] threatened me saying he 'owns Malibu' and will spend all of his money to 'get even' with me."
The report says Gibson then launched into a barrage of anti-Semitic statements: "F*****g Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world." Gibson then asked the deputy, "Are you a Jew?"
The deputy became alarmed as Gibson's tirade escalated, and called ahead for a sergeant to meet them when they arrived at the station. When they arrived, a sergeant began videotaping Gibson, who noticed the camera and then said, "What the f*** do you think you're doing?"
A law enforcement source says Gibson then noticed another female sergeant and yelled, "What do you think you're looking at, sugar tits?"
We're told Gibson took two blood alcohol tests, which were videotaped, and continued saying how "f****d" he was and how he was going to "f***" Deputy Mee.
Gibson was put in a cell with handcuffs on. He said he needed to urinate, and after a few minutes tried manipulating his hands to unzip his pants. Sources say Deputy Mee thought Gibson was going to urinate on the floor of the booking cell and asked someone to take Gibson to the bathroom.
After leaving the bathroom, Gibson then demanded to make a phone call. He was taken to a pay phone and, when he didn't get a dial tone, we're told Gibson threw the receiver against the phone. Deputy Mee then warned Gibson that if he damaged the phone he could be charged with felony vandalism. We're told Gibson was then asked, and refused, to sign the necessary paperwork and was thrown in a detox cell.
Deputy Mee then wrote an eight-page report detailing Gibson's rampage and comments. Sources say the sergeant on duty felt it was too "inflammatory." A lieutenant and captain then got involved and calls were made to Sheriff's headquarters. Sources say Mee was told Gibson's comments would incite a lot of "Jewish hatred," that the situation in Israel was "way too inflammatory." It was mentioned several times that Gibson, who wrote, directed, and produced 2004's "The Passion of the Christ," had incited "anti-Jewish sentiment" and "For a drunk driving arrest, is this really worth all that?"
We're told Deputy Mee was then ordered to write another report, leaving out the incendiary comments and conduct. Sources say Deputy Mee was told the sanitized report would eventually end up in the media and that he could write a supplemental report that contained the redacted information -- a report that would be locked in the watch commander's safe.
Initially, a Sheriff's official told TMZ the arrest occurred "without incident." On Friday night, Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told TMZ: "The L.A. County Sheriff's Department investigation into the arrest of Mr. Gibson on suspicion of driving under the influence will be complete and will contain every factual piece of evidence. Nothing will be sanitized. There was absolutely no favoritism shown to this suspect or any other. When this file is presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, it will contain everything. Nothing will be left out."
Gibson's rep Alan Nierob tells TMZ: "We are unaware of any of the information you mentioned in your email pertaining to a police report."
You have no right to judge because you have taken sides. One who blindly takes sides is not capable of thinking, let alone judging, outside of the box. Understood! Your are wise in your silence. Trying to elaborate from outside the box only seems to draw responses from those who have taken sides. They are only wise in their conceit. Your response gives me assurance that there are intelligent people who know the truth in matters such as the age-old war between Israelites and Arabs. I know that my orthodox Jewish friends are ashamed of their media, telecommuncations, hollywood jewish moguls. Just as I am ashamed of some of my own family members. Thank goodness there are those who understand that to hate one evil faction is not the equivalent of hating the whole. You are one of them.
My late father always told me that my mouth would get me trouble. But he was honored to know that I was not afraid to tell to the truth, whether it got me trouble or not. He knew I was not one to gravitate to one side or the other without examining the evil from both sides. I can only hope that he knows that my exposure of the truth serves only to honor the wisdom in his silence.

LOS ANGELES - A blitzed Mel Gibson launched into an obscenity-laced
tirade when he was busted on suspicion of drunken driving early
yesterday, threatening an officer and making anti-Semitic and sexually
abusive remarks, according to a police report.
The "Passion of the Christ" director repeatedly said, "My life is
f----d," according to the report by Los Angeles County Deputy James
Mee, which was obtained by TMZ.com. The celebrity news Web site posted
excerpts of the handwritten report.
Gibson, 50, was pulled over for speeding at 3:10 a.m. on the Pacific
Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif., cops said. The Oscar-winning
"Braveheart" star and director was driving 80 mph when he was snared by
a radar trap, sheriff's deputies said. The speed limit in that area is
45 mph to 55 mph.
Gibson failed both alcohol breath and field sobriety tests, deputies
said. His blood-alcohol level was .12, Deputy Anthony Moore said. The
legal limit is .08 in California.
According to the incident report obtained by TMZ.com, the Road Warrior
embarked on a belligerent, anti-Semitic outburst when he realized he
had been busted.
"F-----g Jews. The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world,"
Mee's report quotes him as saying.
"Are you a Jew?" Gibson asked the deputy, according to the report.
The actor also berated the deputy, threatening, "You motherf----r. I'm
going to f--- you," according to Mee's report.
The actor also told the cop he "owns Malibu" and would spend all his
money "to get even with me," Mee said in his report.
TMZ quoted a law enforcement source as saying Gibson noticed a female
sergeant on the scene and yelled at her, "What do you think you're
looking at, sugar t--s?"
Deputy Mee then wrote an eight-page report detailing of the incident,
but higher-ups in the sheriff's department felt it was too
"inflammatory" to release and would merely serve to incite "Jewish
hatred," TMZ said.
Reached for comment on TMZ's report last night, Deputy Moore said the
department would neither deny nor confirm its content. He could offer
no explanation for why Mee's report was withheld from reporters.
Gibson rep Alan Neirob could not be reached for comment last night.
Earlier, when asked about the arrest, his assistant said in an e-mailed
statement, "At this time we don't have any information on this matter
but are checking into it."
A devout Catholic, Gibson has been dogged by allegations of
anti-Semitism - which he has steadfastly denied - since his 2004 film
"The Passion of the Christ," about the crucifixion of Jesus.
Once known as a Hollywood bad boy, the Aussie-raised Gibson was known
to down five beers before breakfast at his partying peak. But Gibson
has said he gave up drinking in the 1980s at the urging of Tina Turner,
his co-star in "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome."
Gibson was previously busted for driving under the influence in 1984.
In that case, he ran a red light and struck another car in Toronto
while filming "Mrs. Soffel" with Diane Keaton. He pleaded guilty and
was fined $240.
After yesterday's bust, Gibson was booked at the Lost Hills sheriff's
station at 4:06 a.m. The father of seven spent a few hours in the
lockup before being released on $5,000 bail at 9:45 a.m., sheriff's
deputies said.
His case will be further investigated and sent to the district
attorney's office for review. No court date has been set.
The sheriff's department has previously released mug shots of other
stars arrested for drunken driving, including actress Kim Delaney in
2002, but Gibson's booking photo "was not available," according to
department spokesman Steve Whitmore.
Sheriff Lee Baca personally ordered Gibson's mug kept under wraps, a
deputy told the Daily News.
The California Highway Patrol, which has busted stars including Nick
Nolte and former "Growing Pains" cutie Tracey Gold for DUI, routinely
releases stars' mug shots, no matter how unflattering.

Well, given your tone, I really believe I am not the one to "enlighten" you Sir. But, I will bite despite the fact that I feel I am being baited.
First, I wonder if you even know what I mean when I say "them?" I am going to assume that you know nothing of the warring factions within Jewry since you were so kind in asking to be enlightened. But, "them" are those media moguls who literally contol the content of the sound-bite generation and the aggrandizment of "jews" and the destruction of Christian foundations in the movie making industry. If you have not seen it, then you may be even blinder than I thought and certainly in need of enlightment. So. "them" are those jews who have power, influence, money, yet have no moral center and even scoff at their spiritual roots.
It does not include those factions that are orthodox, spiritual, and are truly wards of Peace. As a matter of fact, this faction get rarely, if any, real recognition. And the irony are those jews devoid of morality who have the power to characterize themselves as spiritual as their spiritual counterpart.
Those are the ones who are so bent on the "anti-semite" mantra when THEY are offended.
Gibson, in his quest to show his own influence in the media world in creating the Passion, RILED his jewish competition. He showed them that they are not the only ones who can influence the minds of world.
Having said that, my theory is that since it's production and subsequent success, he has taken a lot of flak from the hollywood moguls-and who knows what else-and that may be one of the reasons for his lashing out at his arrest. Now, he may be wrong in his vitriolic conclusions, but since you assume that it is "obvious" that I "share" his "point of view", I can reasonably assume that the jewish faction from Hollywood has had more effect upon Gibson's success with Passion than we might all care to believe.
I theorize that his lashing out comes from an unrelated symptom of sufferage (perhaps a unrelenting persecution of jewish media moguls), perhaps from the aftermath of Passion...assuming and giving benefit of any doubt the arresting officer is not part of some conspiracy and his report is accurate; and/or the Sheriff who chose to conceal the details. Again, if I was the reporter, my line of questions would be to understand "why" he lashed out. Because the cause behind it will lead to the truth.
Of course, all this conjecture will not satisfy those who are ignorant as to why there is a "hate" for some jewish factions. This nation has been bombarded with ideals of preserving Jewry at all costs. The real cunning comes from the fact that we Americans have been duped by secular factional jewish influences and powers resulting in becoming slothful in our moral centers and having settled for more profane satisfactions which has diminished the things most important to us. The fact that jews run and control the content of screen writing, dialogue, and the imagery that movies project these days, I presume that is why some, like Mel Gibson, have been labeled "anti-semites" because of their disdain for these jewish moguls.
I think if you are any man of reasonable intelligence, you could not deny the profound influence media and movies have played upon our society and the general mentality that prevails in American thinking as a result. The one thing that has been so pervasively imposed upon the minds of Americans is to think, and even judge, as groups, instead of individuals. You can thank secular jewism for that as well and the gentile labor force they have hired to implement their bidding. Control has always been sought by dividng people. And right now, there is so much division in the world, one can only grapple for the hope that things will get better. If I was to start somewhere for improvement, getting rid of the moguls of media and hollywood would be a fine start, jew or not.
I find it funny that these secular jews are probably smoking their big stogies, drinking expensive scotch, and laughing at all of us. They have successfully created a huge conservative faction that views and even hates mainstream media and their bias reporting while that same faction will do anything to "save the Jews." When, in all this time, the mainstream media are controlled by the so-called Jews the same anti-mainstream media faction loves to hate. Now THAT, ol boy, is the joke of the century.
