Well, besides the obvious, I definitely have a problem with this story. In the very first sentence, the trip is defined as a "Congressional delegation," which means the American people are paying for it. So what exactly were they checking out in Estonia, besides vodka? And that's important to America...why?
Washing my brain of the thought of McCain and Hellary partying hardy is a start
