Completely avoided any reference to muslim, but finally, then he said "WE ARE MAKING EFFORTS TO PROTECT MOSQUES". That was the first reference to islam, not about the perp's suspected background, but about where they are going to commit police resources at this time, in other words, to protect MUSLIMS.
