We just called her home, and the her 18 yr old said she had gone to Target. I hope she didn't go anywhere near there :( We told the kids DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE!
There is NO Target store anywhere near Belltown...MILES away...I live a couple of blocks away and can see a lot of what's happening.
