There are entire cells in Seattle....they are protected.
We had an incident like this in Pittsburgh PA, South Hills suburban area within the last ten years. Caucasian shooter, a crazy, hate-filled dude, shot up the Jewish Community Center in Mt. Lebanon, killed his elderly Jewish neighbor, also targeted several blacks and Asians. Killed approx. five people, wounded a few others. Found guilty and is in jail....can't remember further details.
