Hey moron, Saddam completely violated the terms of the cease fire that ended Gulf War I. He shot at American planes patrolling the no fly zone. He did not allow free inspection of suspected WMD sites. He killed thousands of Kurds after Gulf War I. On those issues alone it was a just and legal war.
