He [using him as a symbol for his regime],like every other government, is an adequate reflection of the socially active part of his country population. This is the old adage "every people has the government it deserves", but put in more rigorous terms. In this sense it does not matter whether it is a putin or a tupin [transposition of two consonants is no big deal], but what matters is that it is a kegebun, absolutely unavoidable [due to the prevailing social conditions] and interchangeable with any number of other kegebuns.
