Ann Coulter just on Cavuto being interviewed.
She wanted to "remind the viewers" that the normal election cycle is for the party in the White House to lose seats. She expects this election to be one where Republicans lose seats. She added "a lot of seats" before Neil moved on to another question.

I'm sure this will be plastered across front pages faster than the Grand Rapids Press put Granholm's slight bounce there tonight.

>>When you take a hard look at who the RATS would install as committee chairman, So that is how we got Arlen Specter...........
After six years of having Ted Kennedy as committee chairman, you'll be begging to wash Specter's socks.<<
Well, we can all be greatful that Cynthia McKinney lost for one term and is a freshman again instead of a six termer - she might have got the Foreign Relations chairmanship if the house flips - can you imagine that?

It seems that the Republicans are taking the joy out of the MSM getting to be first with the Novak piece about losing seats in the fall election. Or as they say, the GOP is getting in front of the news. I do not believe that we will lose 30 seats in the House. If saying so will cause voters to wake up and consider what is at stake if they don't get their tails in gear and get registered to vote and work for a Republican win, then the warning can have served it's purpose. It is time for reflection by those who want the RATS to win and give them more of everything they say they don't want and are against rather than keep the Republicans in office because they have strayed from favored objectives on the disappointed voter's agenda.

Bye bye pombo Why do you say that? There is no credible opposition to Pombo in his district, at least none that I've seen.

Not in my worst nightmare but some self-annoited 'true conservatives' are hoping those scenarios play out just so they can screw the GOP. In reality, they are doing more damage to this great country as the RINOs they claim to despise with passion. Brainless useful idiots of our enemies.

I started this thread so I want to respond. :)
Ann dealt with some real problems with evolutionary theory. She's not alone in thinking there is some real groupthink going on in that regard.
Not believing in evolution doesn't make one anti-science by definition.
Having said that, I'm not interested in engaging in a big debate about the subject on this thread; just wanted to get my two cents in regarding the matter.

There are nutty people in every group but most of the guys are just blowing off steam - they want congress and the President to understand the government has not acted conservative enough to please the base. But they are called the base because that's what you build on - they'll be there when the time comes.

It isn't about vacations. It isn't even about so-called "issues" this time around. It's about the middleclass infrastructure...that's house, car, kids, job
(not necessarily in that order).

Maybe with the heat on HIGH, the frog will notice in time to finally jump out of the kettle. Bring on the revolution before it's too late. When has this ever worked in realpolitick? I can't recall. Instead, the power in power tends to stay in power. And remember: the LameStream Media is worth an automatic 20 points to the Dems.
We are fighting uphill--voting against Republicans just makes it harder for conservatives.

She followed up the comment by saying that she's lousy with predictions and that the question is better answered by someone like Michael Barone...Yes, she said that on Cavuto, too...I should have mentioned that in the original post.

On KSFO, she then went on to talk about her appearance on the Donnie Deutsch show. She said her mother was with her, and asked who the guy was? She said her mother called her at the studio and asked why the bellhop at the hotel didn't have a show if Deutsch had one?
Coulter said that it was okay as long as they talked about politics and current events. She starts to lose interest when he asks what her favorite food is, or what she thinks about "Brad and Angela [Coulter's words]."
