Ann Coulter just on Cavuto being interviewed.

She wanted to "remind the viewers" that the normal election cycle is for the party in the White House to lose seats. She expects this election to be one where Republicans lose seats. She added "a lot of seats" before Neil moved on to another question.

I heard Rush this A.M. 30 seats minimum. Republicans have had enough. I believe even the Stem-Cell vote hurt the Repubs. They would rather have a chance for a cure in this life and face any consequences for their choice in the next.

Obviously we need the Republicans to prevail, and the conservative wing of the republican party needs to dominate. I think we are all saying the same thing.

"He's under the impression that if you don't like Ann, you are a troll and he'll attack you for that."

No, I point out baseless charges and lies. Just like I do on any other thread.

It just seems like there are more on AC threads, what with Mr. Soros and Media Matters targeting her and all.

Sorry if that bothers you. (J/K. I'm not sorry.)

Hey, if you going to quote me...how about pinging me?

To be quite frank with you, I thought about it and concluded it would be more rude to ping you and quote you at the same time. Wanted to save you the embarrassment.

A lot of us are upset that we didn't get more of a Conservative agenda but rather than throw in the towel most pubbies I know are working all the harder to get the "right" conservatives in office and get rid of the RInos whenever possible.

I think some of us are underestimating the influence of the "New Media" vs. the slow but sure decline of the DBM. We may do better than forecast.

God leaves these matters to MAN.

On what basis do you make that assertion?

For what it's worth, I have the Bible for mine: "...there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God." —Romans 13:1

well, I don't know what a political party can do about people being fearful of the value of their house dropping - can they guarantee hyper inflation of real estate prices forever?

No political party can do anything about it. But the dems can (and probably will) say, "vote for change." And a lot of people will say, "hell yeah, I want change."

How much more disappointed I will be if Democrats gain power and advance a UN agenda. I will still vote Republican and will encourage more conservative Republicans to run.

Exactly. I do plan on voting and I would never vote for a democrat. Unfortunately I think many conservatives will not be as excited to go out and vote as they were in 2002. I think they need more of a reason to vote than to simply avoid an impeachment.

prove that a belief in science makes one a God hating liberal.

What does "belief in science" entail?

If you "believe in science", what exactly is it that you believe?

Are you aware that medicare is not free?

Medicare recipients are getting tens of thousands of dollars, if not more, in benefits for a trivial contribution.

If it's not free, it's almost free.

yes, they will say that.

but, for what change? that has to be the message from the republicans. are you really going to get the changes that you want on gas prices, and on iraq and the war on terror - by going with the Dems?

While I agree with you and I cringe at the thought, and I am voting GOP ticket in November, I think congress and the senate and even the President has brought this down on the GOP, they can all blame themselves for forgetting who put them there and representing us and not special interests.
