I'm not disagreeing with you, but I don't know if the label self h@ting Jew applies to all the examples. There is also just the generic liberal idiot who happens to be Jewish (so awful many, I'm afraid). There's the mantra morons, who think repeating "give peace a chance" will magically make savages go away. There's yet another variety, also delusional, that has this notion that Israel bears a greater burden of responsibility because it is supposed to represent higher ideals. (BTW, it does represent higher ideals as does the US, but su1cide is not an ideal).
The self hater to me is the one who literally leaps to the front to blame Israel, blathering the whole lefty propoganda line, dripping with guilt and self-flagellation for the "sins" of the Jews, hectoring everyone to share this guilt and showing zero awareness that the Jews are in mortal danger and are clearly the victims in the conflict, trying to defend themselves against a 58 year war of annihilation.
Yes, and they always wear the pained expression of the morally superior. They weep and look pious but a rational explanation of their position would reveal their intellectual suicide.
Unfortunately, they play this game within a safe haven bought with the blood of people they despise, while Jews outside this safe haven will be ground up, every last man, woman and child.
It is instructive to read the diaries and letters of highly assimilated European Jews during the 1930s and '40s, their shocked disbelief as the Gestapo lorries stopped at their doors. Of course, in France it was the Milice, the native French police who, without being ordered by the Germans, rounded up "French citizens of the Israelite persuasion" and shipped them off to the ovens.
Do these "Jews of convenience" really believe that they will be spared?
