Went to D 13 4 in Ft. Knox the winter of 1982-1983. Sergeant Hunt was the senior Drill.

D-13-4, Ft. Knox, KY, in the summer of 1983. SFC Johnny Anderson and SSG John Covert were the senior and junior drill sergeants for my platoon. I still remember SSG Covert pointing out the obstacles on the course that appeared in Stripes. The basic training exterior scenes were filmed there.
