Uh, someone should tell John "Vichy" Kerry that the problem is there are too many whimpering weasels just like HIM (Kerry) in diplomatic and political posts all over the world. Bolton (or anyone) has very limited means to try to persuade WEASELS to crawl out of their holes and do something. If the Demagogues want to complain about problems with the UN, etc. they should at least recognize that they are complaining about the very WEASELS who, like them, value form over substance and posturing over reality.
