Thank you all for the pings..I enjoy so much reading the post and looking at the graphics that you talented people put up here..Keep it up I get a real big boost reading your comments..

I would like to share this with all of you..I get these from my niece every morning.these are her prayers to God and most of the time it hits home to me and I am sure others that she shares these with..In these troubling days when our friends in Israel are going through so many hate filled days.We all need to pray and ask Gods protection for these brothers and sisters in Israel..

Dear Father:



Good Morning!! Thank You for today. Thank You for reminding us that You are there. You are not going anywhere. So many times, we may feel abandoned. But we have not been abandoned. You said You would never leave us and never relax Your hold on us. So many times, we think if we do not toot our own horn, that horn will not be tooted. No one will know what we can do or how good we are. But You said if we come humbly before You, You will get the word out. You will toot our horn. You will exalt us. We have such a wrong impression of what it is to be humble and meek. That is definitely the work of the devil. He wants to make us think that to be humble is to be a doormat. To be meek is to be weak. The exact opposite is the truth. To be meek is to be strong. We have the strength to hold back. To be humble is to have enough control that we choose to turn everything over to You. The devil wants us to think that we do not need to bother You with every little thing that pops us. That is because Satan dines on what we withhold from You. He has been getting fat and sassy and having a party at our expense. Well, starting today, the party is over. He is having a stomach ache like nobody’s business.



We know that the devil fears virtue. He is terrified of humility. He hates it. He sees a humble person and it sends chills down his spine. The hair on the back of his old hairy neck stands up when we kneel down, when we bow before You because humility is the surrender of our heart our soul of everything to You. The devil trembles before the meek, because the very areas where he once had full and free access – there You are!! He runs right into You. And he is terrified of You, Jesus. And since You live on the inside of us, he is terrified of us too!!!



Thank You, Jesus, for living through us today, for taking over every area of our lives.
