It's very easy for people in Guatemala to Cross into Mexico with no papers whatsoever. Look n00b, it's statements like this that show you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. The Mexican army ruthlessly patrols the southern border. That is a fact.
I've walked across the Canadian border many times, never once have I entered through a port.
Given that all terrorists are muslim, who has more of these people, Canada or Mexico? And whose border is easier to cross? If you want to display your bigotry, go back to DU.

If there's fraud, the Justice Department will look into it and prosecute. No, they won't, because that company's fairy God-Senators will tell the AG that his department's funding goes on hold if they attempt to investigate.

"Look n00b, it's statements like this that show you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about"
And you do?
You coulda fooled me.
You sound brain dead to me.
"The Mexican army ruthlessly patrols the southern border. That is a fact. "
Tens of thousands of Guatemalans illegally cross into Mexico every year.
That's a fact.
In fact Fox News did a program on the Mexican Guatemalan border about 5 weeks ago.
Do the Mexican soldiers/border guards rape, beat up and terrorize he Guatemalan illegals?
Yes.
Has it stopped them simply crossing over to Mexico sometimes by canoes and boats, often with the intention of crossing Mexico to get to the US? No.
In fact most Guatemalan illegals in this country, came in through Mexico.
"I've walked across the Canadian border many times, never once have I entered through a port."
You did not go and settle and work in Canad as an illegal.
Neither do millions of Canadians cross over every year to come and settle in America, like we have from Mexico.
I have lived in Toronto before, and there are those who would argue that the quality of life there may be better than here.
There are no Canadians queuing up to come live here illegally, neither are Americans to live n Canada.
"Given that all terrorists are muslim, who has more of these people, Canada or Mexico? "
Given that most illegals in those country come through the Mexican border, and anyone can walk across the Mexican border with Guatemala, and people come all the way from Central/ South America through Mexico to the US with no documentation whatsoever, and no record by our immigration about their existence here, it's far easier for terrorists to come through Mexico than through Canada.
Practically everyone who enters Canada (apart from those from the US and that doesn't count), comes in through the ports, with some kind of visa, and the Canadian authorities know who that person is.
And whose border is easier to cross?
Americans and Canadians crossing the borders to visit each other briefly doesn't count.
What matters is the illegals from third countries, that enter either country, that no one knows anything about, and proceed to live there and work there, and potentially carry out serious crimes or terrorist attacks.
From that point of view Mexico is by far the biggest risk.
"If you want to display your bigotry, go back to DU."
Groan
Another LaRaza MEChA moron.
Again, demanding that our borers be protected from a hoard of rabid illegals is not bigotry.
It happens to be the law.
You might try telling that to your Nazi LaRaza pals.

Where's your evidence at?
You are the prosecution, judge and jury?
That's not how the criminal justice system works in this country.
To: Kakaze
I'm convinced that Clinton is a globalist who wants us to be "citizens" of the world government. Bush, with his latest signing of the agreement to widen the NAFTA agreement, is now showing his globalist true colors as well.
To: Jameison
Where's your evidence at?I've seen it happen before--contractors rip off the government, and the DOJ declines to prosecute after getting a couple of phone calls from the Dirksen building.
That's not how the criminal justice system works in this country.
Damn, you're naive.

"I've seen it happen before--contractors rip off the government, and the DOJ declines to prosecute after getting a couple of phone calls from the Dirksen building. "
That is not producing evidence.
It's called wild allegations on an internet site. The moonbats and conpiracy nuts come up with that all the time. No one pays them any heed.
I am yet to see anything even close to evidence from you so far.
"Damn, you're naive"
Hah Hah!

Thank you. I've seen this article. From what I can tell this is the source of the story. Until I see more I remain...skeptical.

That's Walter Kolbe, the brother of a gay republican congressman who has a gay lover from Panama.
The same brother who wrote restrictions on the Border Patrol as to where and when they ( the USBP) could set up roadblocks to screen for illegals from Mexico.
To: axes_of_weezles
In a Feb. 18 incident, the Border Patrol detained an Afghani man in Tucson who had crossed the border illegally. Five days before that, five Iraqis were captured by Mexican authorities in Tijuana.
Thank you. That's all I'm asking for.

Border security is the main issue right now. If Bush is unwilling to close the border, other Reps must step up and demand it. Otherwise, the Reps will lose big time in November and especially in '08 cause many disenchanted and disgruntled conservatives will simply not bother to vote. The last time that happened, we got a BJ Clinton for President. We can NOT let that happen again. Voter apathy must never again decide who is in charge of this country.
