Her figures included the ground-based robots as well as the UAV's. She was undoubtedly in a position to know her facts--she's way up there in the DOD robotics initiative.

At most, the US military have up to 1000 UAV and thats really stretching it already
You sure she didn't say more robots than tanks or some other type of equipment. We have well over 100,000 troops there. There's no way we've got that many "robots". Besides, if there are more robots than humans, who's controlling them?
