Positive. I remember it well because the figure was so startling. Other folks in the audience heard it as well and remarked on it. I guess the real upshot is that there's a whole lot more robots there than anyone suspects, including UAV's and ground-based.
Then she's out of her mind or wildly confused. Either that or she's counting anything with an electronic chip as a "robot". Been there, done that & didn't see too many robots.
