The "world" has the backbone of a chocolate eclair.
The only question I care for an answer is "Does the World fear Preisdent Bush?"
Every other question is useless to ask to begin with, let alone to report the answer.
I'm still trying to figure out how many were polled for this (unless I missed it, it ain't there). Not to mention, since when do people polled equate to "the world" unless you're polling, well, the world?!! Talk about a misleading title (and Lord only knows what else was misleading about how the poll was conducted).
During WWII, did CBS and NYT poll Europe and Asia to find out what they thought of us?
Since the Clinton Administration. The point time started for the mainstream media.
CBS and NYT? That's a double dose of f***ed up. If they had asked the American people if the drive-by-media respects Dubya it would have been unanimous.
....the Euros coddled Hitler and see where that got them.....
.....the Euros disrespected Reagan.....and all he did in return was free them and end the cold war......
......CASE CLOSED
Right, I have no respect for CBS/NY Times and as others have said, the world should fear President Bush.
Recall, they laughed at Bill Clinton.
..and how many countries as the "world" liberated lately?.. the "world"...except for several strong allies is the most ungrateful "world" I know....also the most blind
(2.) Half the world, sadly, is short on vitamins and shouldn't be doing any thinking beyond "where is my next meal."
(3.) We didn't elect our President to be popular in the world. We elected him to serve and defend the Republic and the U.S. Constitution.
(4.) Miss Universe, is respected around the world, but probably not for any 'politically correct' reasons.
(5.) Bill Clinton isn't respected in the world, and he isn't much respected here, either.
(6.) The world doesn't even know Hillary, or Kerry, much less respect them, and thank God for that, and may it always be so.
That's what the MSM has always wanted because they want to make everyone think that they pulled this off and there is no room for any other points of view.
Can I get an "Amen!"?
YAWN!....
Bush is continually bashed by the media day after day. They don't care about the security of our country. They just want to help the Demonrats win this Nov.
I don't care what the rest of the world thinks.
They had to poll the "world" because they couldn't get enough Americans to give them the answers they wanted.....
We certainly see a lot of these polls-what the "world" thinks of America, our President, etc. It would be quite revolutionary and novel to see a poll on what most Americans think of the cheese-eating surrender monkeys in France, for instance.
I suppose in a way,we ought to take it as a compliment-that they think it's important what the world thinks of us. Always America. No one cares what the world thinks of,say,New Zealand,LOL. They're obsessed with opinion of America.
This is the same crap the MSM pulled before the election in '04. The world hates Bush, therefore, vote Kerry.
I question I would like to put forward is out of six and a half billon, how many were involved in this 'poll'?
It really is too bad that the rest of the world also benefits from our sacrifices to our best interest, which ends up also being in the worlds, and the West's best interest also.
For example if France's government is evenutally taken over by radical Muslims that begin to take their frog heads off, they will be screaming for the USofA to come save them...again. In that case we should give long thought to whether or not saving France is in our best interest. Using Darwins survival of the fittest, does stupid really deserve survival? Or should we just let the law of tooth and claw prevail and deal with the problem after the frogs have been boiled?
