5 to 4. Not a resounding victory. One heartbeat away from a soddomite celebration. Anyone know the process for recalling Supreme Court judges?

I want to know the names of the four judges who voted for it so I'll know who not to vote for next time around. Can anyone tell me the judges names?

No. That will not be reported. :-)

By the way, what the hell is DOMA?

unlike Massachusetts which in 2003 became the only state to establish same-sex marriage
correction, Massachusetts did not establish gay marriage justice Margaret marshall made up a new law and told the legislature to create it, the state senate in the meantime has repeatedly denied Massachusetts voters the right to vote on the issue.
