I've never been sold on the claim that Al Gore won the popular vote in 2000. The election was a statistical dead-heat, well within the "margin of error" in ballot-counting for a national election. And what with all the fraud and cheating the Democrats do, I suspect Bush actually won the popular vote.
BTW, how much did Kerry actually win Wisc. by. Does 150,000 dead Democrats from the voter rolls tip the balance?

Those were the results WITHOUT the military votes Clinton had held up off shore on ships till it was to late for them to be counted.
