WalMart will continue to open stores on the border of the city. Chicago then gets none of the sales tax.

Will and Dupage counties wait their arrival. Wal-marts and Costco, etc. grow out here like the cornfields they replaced and still can't match the expanding population growth out here.

Why? We're all ex-Chicagoans who got tired of Chicago and all its nonsense. Unlike the Windy City, you can even buy foie gras out here too.
