You see had the first trial not been overturned we were assured she'd be incarcerated for at least a minimum of 40 years before she could have had a parole hearing. Her confinement was at a state mental health hospital.

.....nope..can't guarantee it...but this type of psychosis usually won't heal...it is possible but not probable..and all the experts I've heard, even the ones who don't like this verdict agreed that the trial had to be retried because of the misinformation the prosecutions Psychiatrist put forth....lol.....even Geraldo thought so...and that guy is borderline..."sarc".....
